The quality of the frame is related to the safety, stability and life of the vehicle. Inferior frames are easy to break and cause safety accidents. So be careful.
Second, it depends on the shock absorption system.
It can be judged by two points, the shock absorption of the front fork sleeve and the shock absorption of the rear plate.
Front fork sleeve shock absorption: You can judge the pros and cons by the appearance. The shock absorber of the high-quality front fork sleeve is hydraulic shock absorber, the inner cylinder is multi-level chrome-plated, and the surface is bright and smooth; the outer cylinder is made of finely ground aluminum. The mid-range front fork sleeve shock absorber is generally hydraulic shock absorber, but the chrome plating level is low, the appearance is poor, the color is dull, and it is easy to rust, and the oil seal is easy to leak oil. The shock absorption of inferior front fork sleeves is basically dry shock absorption. Iron outer cylinders, some have outer shells and no hydraulic damping function, so there are often abnormal noises. After about one year of use, the outer cylinders will rust and lose the shock absorption shock function.
Rear plate shock absorption: The number of high-quality plates is four to five, and the width and thickness are increased. Inferior boards are generally three pieces with a narrow width. Some inferior products, in order to fool people, say that they use double boards, but they are actually useless.

Details determine whether a product is a boutique. Especially for Underbone with hundreds of components. Screws are small parts that are used more often. You can distinguish good from bad by color. High-quality screws are silver and green; low-quality screws are yellow and white. In addition, such as front mud tiles, plastic lamps and instruments, compartment locks, hinges, battery compartments, pressure plates, etc., must be carefully checked.

Underbone are driven by electricity and have complex vehicle circuits. High-quality wire harnesses have thick wire cores and reasonable layout design; inferior wire harness wire cores are hard and impure, easy to corrode and rust, insulating materials are prone to aging and cracking, and line failures are more likely to occur.
