Repair method for damaged control board of range extender of Gas Tricycles

1. Check the battery management power supply circuit of Gas Tricycles and measure the output voltage of each point with a multimeter. If there is any problem, find the damaged electronic components and replace them. If the working voltage of each point is normal, perform other checks according to the following steps.

2. Check the sockets of the components that interact with the outside. Check the socket parts with the turning handle and brake handle. Find the input pin of the handle on the motherboard chip, rotate the handle, and measure whether the working voltage value changes from small to large (generally 1-4v).
If there is no change, it means that there is a problem with the input control circuit of the handle. If everything is normal, find the brake handle input pin on the motherboard chip, measure whether the working voltage of the pin is normal, and judge whether there is a problem with the brake handle input control circuit at one time.
3. Check the main IC. Find the PWM output position from the PCB circuit board, turn the handle, and measure whether the working voltage value changes at this time (generally 0-9v). If there is no change, it can be identified as an integrated circuit failure. If everything is normal, search forward again.
4. Check the rectifier optocoupler circuit. Rotate the handle and measure whether the gate voltage of the MOS transistor changes from small to large (generally 0-12v or 0-15v). If there is no change, it means that the driver control circuit will find the damaged electronic components and replace them, thus eliminating the common fault.
If all changes are normal, there is no problem with the driver control circuit. At this time, it can be identified that the cause of the common fault is the short circuit damage of the MOS rectifier tube.
